💼 𝐌𝐚𝐲 28, 2026— The DICT Northern Samar proudly led a session on Digital Literacy during the JobStart Philippines 10‑day Core Skills Training at PESO Catarman. This training provided local jobseekers with practical, hands‑on instruction to help them compete in today’s increasingly digital job market.
