The DEPEd Leadership Training Seminar, “Project L.O.U.D: Learning Opportunities and Understanding Disasters placed disaster risk management at the forefront of leadership formation, emphasizing the responsibility of every leader to protect, guide, and uplift communities in times of crisis. With every activity and discussion, participants were reminded that leadership is not only about leading in good times but also about standing firm in adversity, offering direction and hope when it is needed most.

The seminar strengthened leaders to rise above fear, respond with action, and rebuild with resilience.
