Medicine
1. Paracetamol (Biogesic, Tempra), is taken every 4 hours for fever (temp >/= 37.8°C)

2. For colds, you may drink the following:
- Cetirizine 10mg/tab once a day at bedtime
- Loratadine 10 mg/tab once a day at bedtime
- Sinupret Forte tab 3x/day - I prefer it more because it does not reduce blood vessels, hence safe for those with high blood (Hypertension)
- Neozep/Decolgen/Bioflu - It also contains Paracetamol so if you drink it, stop drinking Biogesic. Drink Neozep or Decolgen every 6-8 hours or 3-4x/day, NOT EVERY 4 HOURS.

3. Tuseran Forte that is taken every 6-8hrs or 3-4x/day also contains Phenylephrine (for colds), and Paracetamol (for headache or fever). If you drink it for a cough, don't drink Biogesic.

4. Carbocisteine (Solmux), Lagundi capsules, Ambroxol 30mg/tab, Guaifenesin (Robitussin) are MUCOLYTICS or plema dissolution. Drink 3x/day if cough has a plema to release it. If you drink them for a cough without a plema, that cough will never end.

5. Dextromatorphan (Tuseran meat) is anti-tussive. Dabest for the ubong without phlegm or dry cough.

6. Butamirate Citrate (Sinecod Forte) is my favorite 3x/day, because it's for plema, it's also possible for none (or dry cough).

7. Dynatussin capsules - Like combined Guaifenesin (for cough) + Bioflu/Symdex. Again, for cough, cold, fever. There is also Dynatussin syrup for kids 😉 but mainly for 7-10 y/o

8. If you are pregnant and having a cold, please contact your OB. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LIKE NEOZEP/BIOFLU/DECOLGEN/SYMDEX.

9. Paracetamol is safe for pregnant women. That's it.

10. Paracetamol and Ibuprofen (Medicol/Advil), are safe for breastfeeding moms, but not Mefenamic acid (Ponstan).

11. Can use Difflam spray or Kamillosan spray, 3x/day for sore throat.

12. Can gargle Bactidol 2x/day for sore throat.

13. The maximum dose per day of Paracetamol is 4000mg or 8 tablets of Biogesic. So you also drink Bioflu with 500mg of Paracetamol. Ending: ACUTE LIVER INJURY.
