When the stomach is empty, the mind can not learn much. The school feeding program we support serves a nutritious snack every morning to some 60+ children of Sinabacan Elementary School. Each meal does not cost much, the average price per meal is P5. Yet the benefits are countless - the children learn better on a full stomach, they keep up the school attendance.
