Introduction:
Good day! This is my performance task for our PATHFIT 1 unit. In this activity, we were tasked to choose and perform at least one exercise for each part of the body — upper body, lower body, and core — to demonstrate proper form and movement.
Part II – Demonstration Task (Performance)
Instruction:
Record a 2–3 minute video of yourself performing one exercise from each muscle group below:
Upper Body Exercise – Choose one: Push-up, Knee Push-up, or Bicep Curl
Lower Body Exercise – Choose one: Chair Squat, Stationary Lunge, or Tip Toe Walk
Core Exercise – Choose one: Bridge, Forearm Plank, or Sit-ups
In your video, you must:
✅ Demonstrate proper mechanics (based on the lesson)
✅ Show good form, posture, and breathing
✅ Perform at least 8–12 repetitions per exercise
You may record in landscape or portrait mode. Wear proper attire and ensure your face and full body are visible.
