Our April community L*D run (1 lang po ang weekend run natin this month, kasali po karamihan satin sa mga fun runs sa mga susunod na weekends)

Assembly: 5:00am
Warm up: 5:10am
Start run: 5:20am
Route: MSCC to Malolos Arc (Tikay) and back.
Pace: 7:30 to 8:00min/km with walk breaks every 2km

Please bring your own hydration/Nutrition during the run.
One group photo op at malolos arc.

*for runners who have finished at least 8km or more recently.

This is a free run, join at ur own risk 😉, No singlets, no marshals and no medal. Just for the love of running with our community. Suitable for those training for longer distance runs.

5:40am warm up
5:50am start run

Ruta: unang ikot sa paligid ng city hall then lalabas sa highway papuntang Northfields, babalik ng cityhall para kumpletuhin ang 10km (mga 2-3 ikot pa)

Pace: 7:45-8min/km, lalakad ng 1min every 2km para magkasabay sabay pa din lahat. Kung naiinip ka, pwede ka nman mauna.

Bring your own hydration. Pwede mag refill sa booth ng NishCaféRun booth pagdating sa mscc.

Hindi po ito fun run. Wala po babayaran. Wala po singlet, marshals, medic or medal. Maaari nyo po isuot ang nais nyo na magiging komportable po kayo sa inyong takbo.
