Effect of Cold Water and Warm Water

The 7 Doctors of Nature (Pathway to Healing):

Dr. Sun: 10–15 minutes of sunlight exposure 3x a week (between 10 AM – 2 PM) for Vitamin D and serotonin

Dr. Water: Hydration with roughly 1/2 glass of water hourly, optionally with lemon/calamansi.
