🕘 Full-Time | Technical / Sales Support
📌 Preferred Location: Cebu-based

We are looking for a Pre & Post-Sales Engineer to support solution design, project implementation, and after-sales technical support.

Responsibilities
• Support sales team with technical solutions and proposals
• Prepare BOMs and technical documentation
• Conduct product demos and technical presentations
• Assist in project implementation, testing, and commissioning
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in pre/post-sales or technical support
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, or systems integration
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel when required
