🎟️ Tickets remain at ₱20.00 and all prizes stay the same.

Open to all residents of Brgy. 138.

Entries can be solo or by group of neighbors (magkakapitbahay).

Decorations must be Halloween-themed.

Judging will be based on creativity, effort, and overall impact.
