This observance is under Presidential Proclamation No. 1782, declaring the month of June as W.A.T.C.H. Month and enjoining all schools, colleges, universities, and local government units (LGUs) to hold programs and activities in line with it every second week of June. It was established to highlight the importance of punctuality and honesty, two core values essential to national renewal and development.

As the new school year begins this month, let's practice proper time management, not just in school, but in our daily lives. Let's all be on time, all the time! ⏰✨
