𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 27 May 2026 -
‎The Northwest Samar State University ROTC Unit successfully conducted the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026 with honor, discipline, and excellence. The activity officially started with the warm welcome to the Courtesy RAATI Team and the Arrival of Honors. The program was highlighted by the Invocation led by 𝗦𝗴𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹 𝗟 𝗢𝗻𝗴𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦), followed by the Welcome Remarks of 𝗦𝗴𝘁 𝗥𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗹 𝗧 𝗭𝗼𝘀𝗮 𝗜𝗩 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) showing unity and respect among all ROTC cadets and personnel.

‎The event was further inspired by the meaningful messages from the University President, 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗙 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻, 𝗗𝗠 together with the message from the Group Commander of 8RCDG RESCOM PA, 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗢 𝗖 𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗬 𝗙𝗦 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔. The Introduction of the Chairperson was led by the NwSSU Commandant, 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗥𝗬𝗔𝗡 𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗦 (𝗝𝗔𝗚𝗦) 𝗣𝗔, followed by the Message and Presentation of the RAATI Team by Vice Chairperson 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗢 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗔 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔 ( The reading of parameters reminded everyone of the standards of excellence and discipline expected from every cadet.
‎The inspection continued with the conduct of Drills and Ceremonies together with different specializations where cadets showcased their hard work, teamwork, preparedness, and military discipline. Every movement and performance reflected the dedication and commitment of the NwSSU ROTC Unit in maintaining excellence in training and leadership.

‎One of the significant parts of the program was the Turnover of Colors and Control of the ROTC Unit from the Commandant to the Chairperson of the RAATI Team, followed by the Inspection Proper which included the Administrative Inspection and Field Tests. The cadets demonstrated confidence, discipline, and determination throughout the entire evaluation process.

‎After the inspection proper, all personnel gathered in front of the stage for the much-awaited reading of the RAATI Results led by Vice Chairperson 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗢 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗔 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔 . With great pride and honor, the Northwest Samar State University ROTC Unit achieved an outstanding overall score of 98.10% , proving the excellence, dedication, and unity of the entire corps.

‎This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the Training Staff, Officers, Parents, the 803rd RRIBn Charlie Company, the Representative of the Extension office of the Congressman and Governor of 1st District of Samar, 𝗦𝗴𝘁 𝗝𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗮 𝗥 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) all DTS personnel, and the supportive Tactical NCOs: 𝗦𝘀𝗴 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗩 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗮 (𝗔𝗚𝗦) 𝗣𝗔. 𝗦𝗴𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗗 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘁 (𝗢𝗦) 𝗣𝗔 and 𝗦𝗴𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗳𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗧 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦). Your guidance, sacrifices, and support greatly contributed to the success of this prestigious event.

‎Indeed, all the hard work, dedication, cooperation, and perseverance have paid off. The success of RAATI 2026 is a reflection of the unity and commitment of the entire NwSSU ROTC Unit. Congratulations to everyone who became part of this remarkable achievement. Continue to serve with honor, integrity, and excellence. Mabuhay ang NwSSU ROTC Unit!
