Pursuant to the approval of the monetary board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas under resolution No. 718 dated 17 July 2025, we are pleased to inform the public that the Calauan Branch of Cavite United Rural Bank will be sold and transferred to its’s affliate, Rural Bank of Angeles, Inc.

This notice also serves to inform all depositors and creditors of CURB Calauan Branch will be transferred to RBA not earlier than 45 calendar days from the date of this announcement.
