Bago pa ito naging trending sa social media, it was already my specialty, My Mango Graham!
Ito ang bida sa kahit anong celebration in our home, birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasions, lalo na tuwing New Year, hindi ito nawawala.
Long before Mango Graham (or Mango Float, as many now call it) went viral on every feed, it was already the highlight of our family table.
Every time may occasion, lagi akong tinatanong ng mga kamag-anakan at friends ko, hindi ng “Lei anong ulam?” kundi ng “May Mango Graham ka ba?” 😅
For us, it wasn’t just dessert, it was the taste of celebration.
The layers of sweet cream, graham crackers, and golden carabao mangoes, kasama ‘yan sa kwento ng tawanan, candle-blowing, kantahan, at endless chikahan.
No wonder it became the one dish everyone looked forward to, because alam nila it’s my specialty.
