KADA (Key Assistance for Developing Adolescence)

Joining the Youth Forum in Lingayen, Pangasinan was such an unforgettable experience! We had so much fun joining different activities like quizzes and dances that brought laughter and excitement to everyone. But beyond all the fun, we also learned so many meaningful things about HIV awareness, gender, and sexuality — topics that opened our eyes and helped us understand more about the realities faced by today’s youth.

The discussions gave us key assistance for developing adolescence, guiding us to become more aware, responsible, and understanding individuals. It reminded us how important education, awareness, and respect are in shaping who we are as we grow.

What made it even more special was meeting new friends from different schools! We shared stories, smiles, and unforgettable moments that made the event truly worth remembering.

A day filled with learning, fun, and friendship — Talaga namang Pangasinan ang galing!

You are all encouraged, but not compelled, to wear green shirts during our school-based Mental Health Awareness day.

Let us show our solidarity to the people who suffer and survive the various mental health issues that they face in their lives.

If you do not have any green shirt, you can wear other green-colored items that you already own such as a pair of socks perhaps, or have a green handkerchief in your pocket.

You can even tie a green yarn on your wrist.

Together, we can make our humble school a safe space for everyone.
