You spent so much energy on people who didn’t see you, who didn’t understand you, who didn’t value what you gave freely.
And you forgot to give the same to yourself.

But here’s the turning point: karon, nakit-an nimo. Karon, nakasabot ka nga dili ikaw ang sayop. Karon, nasayud ka nga ang effort nga imong gipanghatag, ang love, care, patience, dapat unta ikaw ang makaexperience niini usab.

You are learning to hold yourself with the same gentleness you offered to others.
You are learning that your heart, your time, your presence, they are worth protecting, worth honoring.

No one else needs to see it for it to matter.
Your value isn’t dependent on their attention or understanding. So, start giving to yourself. Start being the person who finally receives the love, the patience, the care that you’ve been giving all along. Because you deserve it.🥹

But here’s the thing: being unseen by the wrong people doesn’t make you worthless.

I am learning.
I am evolving.
