Key provincial updates will also be tackled, notably the updating of the Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation (DRR/CCA) Enhanced Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plans (PDPFP) 2016-2025 for both provinces of Marinduque and Oriental Mindoro.

Strategic briefings from national line agencies will be shared to discuss Local Public Transport Route Plan preparation, and status reports on CLUP, Zoning Ordinance, and Local Shelter Plan formulations across the MIMAROPA provinces. Through these coordinated efforts, the committee continues to synchronize local governance mechanisms with long-term regional growth, environmental resilience, and sustainable land utilization.
