The Occupational Safety and Health Center – Regional Extension Unit IV-A is now offering a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗛 𝗦𝗢𝟭 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 on June 18, 2026 (Thursday).
Limited slots only.
We will 𝗡𝗢𝗧 accept the following:
🚫Unemployed registrants
🚫More than 2 registrants per company
🚫 Registrants who do not meet the minimum technological requirements
🚫 Establishments classified as potentially high-risk
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸:

Participants are required to use:
📌 Either a laptop or desktop with an internal/external we**am and microphone. (mobile phones or tablets are not allowed)
📌Spreadsheet and presentation viewing/editing programs such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Numbers, Keynote, etc.
📌 A stable internet connection is recommended (Fiber Wi-Fi preferred; LTE minimum for mobile broadband users). A daily data allowance of at least 8GB for those using prepaid mobile data.
Please be advised on the Online Training Etiquette we observe:
📌Wear decent attire for the whole day broadcast of your we**am
📌Be respectful when interacting with everyone
📌Be punctual
✅ If a company registers two participants, use a different email address for each
✅ Wait for the confirmation email to know if you are qualified for the FREE Online BOSH for SO1 training.
✅ Check your email for a notification of approval or denial.
If 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝, the email will contain details on how to join the training and other
reminder.
If 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐝, the reason may include:
📌Full slots
📌Company requires 40-hr BOSH/COSH or MOSH (SO2-certification or higher)
📌Failure to meet technological requirements
📌More than 2 participants per company
📌Unemployed registrant
📌Company is not based in the Philippines
📌OH personnel (Doctors or Nurses) should train with PCOM or OHNAP

The Occupational Safety and Health Center offer 40-hour, Face-to-Face Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training from June 22 to 26, 2026. The program includes hands-on activities on Scaffolding (er****on and dismantling) and a General Workplace Evaluation at a project site. The training fee is Php 5,500.00.
