i have an emergency last dec.25,2014 and i just came back today.
i already forwarded to them all the concerns of everyone of you.. tom. dec.28,2014 i personally goin to DHL center where i sent your orders to know what exactly happened to the package..

>You can disassemble the wooden cover on TOP (serves as an insulator) with 4 screws if needed to clean the negative and positive contacts.

>We have 2 screws on the bottom so you can disassemble the BOTTOM negative cover (aside from the BOTTOM locking door Mecahinism) to clean the negative parts.

>We used a mechanism to Lock the door instead of magnets to avoid drilling on the body and to make it more intact.

>We will include the Delrin battery cover to avoid battery rattle however the negative pins are strong enough and it will avoid the battery rattle itself.

>We will make a group only for the owner of the KASHA we will required the following for you to join the Group.
