I took a break from baking over the past year to care for my beloved father, who was battling illness. It was a challenging time, but I cherish every moment I spent with him. He was not just my dad; he was my biggest supporter, confidant, and the most enthusiastic taste tester of my creations.
With his passing, I’ve felt a profound loss, but I also feel a deep desire to honor his memory. Baking was something we shared; he always encouraged me to follow my passion and bring joy to others through my treats. So, in his honor, I’m excited to announce that I’ll be returning to the kitchen to whip up some delicious pastries!
