*REQUIREMENTS FOR REPRESENTATIVE WHEN CLAIMING: CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM FRONTROW (WITH REF. #), COPY/PHOTO OF PROOF OF PAYMENT, CLEAR PHOTO OF BUYER’S ID, CLEAR SELFIE OF BUYER WITH HIS/HER ID.

1. Completely Fill-Out the Online Order Form (link: https://bit.ly/3jAp4fQ)
*One order form corresponds to 1 order. Multiple Order Forms may be filled-out and submitted by those who will be ordering more than 1 package.

2. Once the Online Order Form is correctly and completely filled-out, click “SUBMIT”.

3. Expect an email response from FRONTROW indicating the status of your order AND details for Package Payment.

4. Make sure to Send your Payment and attach Proof of this (at the link provided in FRONTROW’s email response) WITHIN 24 HOURS from receipt of FRONTROW’s response letter.

5. Secure your FINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION and Reference Code (which will be sent via email) from FRONTROW.
*Bank verification might take a maximum of 72 hours on Weekends and Holidays. You will receive your FINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION immediately after the verification process.
