NTMA is looking for Accountants.

Here are the qualifications and job description:

1. Preferably has a background in Disbursement and cheque preparation;

2. Accepts any form of payments made by cadets, parents or personnel;

3. Issues Official Receipt for every payment made to the Academy;

4. Prepares collection reports on a daily basis;

5. Prepares assessment form requested by the Cadets/Parents;

6. Answers to queries related to the accountabilities of the Cadets;

7. Maintains accounting and financial database, records and files;

8. Prepares the monthly Statement of Account of the Cadets;

9. Provides clerical support to Finance Department;

10. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

*Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or Major in Financial Management;
