2. To confirm the reservation, We required every customer to pay in advance the 40% of the rate as a down-payment. Down payments can be made through the BPI Bank or customer can visit the resort prior to the schedule:

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
============================

-First come First serve basis
-No Down Payment means No Reservation
-Call or text us before going to the bank in order to reconfirm the availability of the resort
-Failure to send us the copy of the bank deposit slip or money transfer transaction means No Reservation
-Must print the reservation letter and submit the signed copy to the caretaker upon arrival at the resort
-Remaining balance must be paid upon arrival
- Non Refundable, Non Appearance on the schedule will be forfeited
-Excess Guest will be charged 100 pesos per head and per session

Customer must bring their Blanket, Dining Wares and Kitchen Utensil.
