The ROTC Games has expanded its horizon by introducing a remarkable addition to its lineup of sporting events, showcasing the inaugural Miss ROTC - Visayas 2023 competition held at the esteemed Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U) gymnasium.

Outshining a competitive field of 17 candidates representing Regions VI, VII, and VIII, Sarah Andrea H. Matulac hailing from the Army Unit secured the coveted title of Miss ROTC - Visayas 2023, making history as the first-ever recipient of this honor.
