7. TKD has access to OLD and NEW resin releases from more than 1,000 Studios/Suppliers/Traders in China.

8. For international buyers, TKD can ship WORLDWIDE directly from China to ANY country at 40%-50% less than current Philippine freight rates (paREKTA). Items 1-5 are applicable for local (PH) transactions only. Resin statues are fragile. Damages / breakages as a result of international shipping and handling is not the responsibility of the seller and the risk is on the buyer's end.

9. Buyers are given 7-days to settle full payment after PH ARRIVAL NOTICE to avoid forfeiture of down payments.

10. Down payments are non-refundable for pre-order (P.O.) statues, unless the Studio cancels the project.
