MREIT delivered another strong year in 2025, with distributable income rising 18% to Php3.7 billion and revenues reaching a record Php5.6 billion.

This performance reflects the strength and resilience of our office portfolio, anchored on high-quality assets within Megaworld’s integrated townships and supported by a growing base of long-term tenants. As we move into our next phase of growth, MREIT is targeting to expand its gross leasable area to one million square meters by 2027, leveraging Megaworld’s pipeline of prime, income-generating properties.

With a clear expansion roadmap and a disciplined acquisition strategy, we remain focused on delivering sustainable returns and long-term value for our shareholders.
