Qualifications:
At least 1 - 2 years' experience as NPI Engineer for EMS, Plastic Injection and/ or related Manufacturing Industry/Company
Experience on Spearheading / Leading a team discussion.
Knowledge on APQP and PPAP is an advantage.
Basic knowledge on Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Knowledge on reading Product parts and Assembly drawings, BOM (bill of materials)
Strategic Planning capability
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Can work with less supervision.
