We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our President. 💼✨
Key Responsibilities:
🗂️ Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support
📅 Manage calendar, inbox, and priorities
📝 Assist the President with documentation, including drafting, reviewing, organizing, and filing contracts and internal documents
💸 Track reimbursements, expenses, deadlines, and follow-ups
🏡 Support real estate listings, including coordination and creating social media posts
📋 Provide admin and organizational support for our new build-and-sell business
Qualifications:
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
💻 Tech-savvy (comfortable with digital tools, cloud files, spreadsheets, and social media)
🚀 Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
🏗️ Experience in real estate, construction, or executive support is a plus
📍 Location: Preferably from Cainta, Taytay, Pasig, or nearby areas
🕘 Employment Type: Full-time
