Scope of Responsibilities:
• Perform outbound calling to US customers who had loans in the past.
• Effectively deliver the scripts provided and pre-qualify the customers prior transferring to a Loan Counselor.
• Handle objections well and maximize every call opportunities.
• Close any pending transfers and callbacks.
Qualifications:
• At least High School graduate
• Good phone etiquette
• Above average English communication skills
• Computer proficient.
• Experience in Outbound campaign is preferred but not required.
