Project25@28 is more than a campaign โ it is CPD Region Xโs united commitment to protect the future of every young Filipino.
From 2025 to 2026, CPD Region X transformed direction into action by strengthening LGU systems, mobilizing partners, building referral mechanisms, supporting Teen Centers, improving data systems, and igniting a regional movement toward one shared vision: No More Children Having Children.
Every milestone in this video reflects the power of collaboration, compassion, and collective action for adolescents across Region X. Together, we continue to create safer spaces, stronger systems, and brighter futures for the next generation.

More than a writeshop, the Development of the Teen Center Manual of Operations became a shared space for collaboration, honest conversations, and systems-building among LGUs, schools, partner agencies, and youth development advocates across Region X.
Through the collective expertise and experiences of participants, the activity helped shape a more responsive, youth-friendly, inclusive, and sustainable framework for Teen Center implementation โ one that recognizes the realities on the ground while keeping adolescents at the center of every policy, program, and referral pathway.
Because every strengthened system today helps create safer journeys for adolescents tomorrow. ๐
