From July 23 to 25, 2024, the AIDA team conducted a comprehensive customer validation process across all 15 barangays in El Salvador City. This initiative aimed to assess the application's usability and effectiveness, particularly in rural areas where residents often face challenges in reporting incidents due to limited mobile phone signal and data connectivity. By understanding the specific needs of these communities, AIDA strives to provide a user-friendly and accessible solution that empowers residents to promptly report emergencies and receive timely assistance.
