TESDA Region X through TESDA Lanao del Norte Provincial Office formally awarded the Certificate of TVET Program Registration for The Basic in Performing Arts under the Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) Program to the Integrated Performing Arts Guild–Artists Resource Management (IPAG-ARM).

The ceremonial awarding was spearheaded by Provincial Director Norayah A. Acas together with the Executive Director of IPAG-ARM, Mr. Steven Patrick C. Fernandez, marking another meaningful step in supporting local artists and aspiring performers in the province. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to nurture talent, promote culture and the arts, and create more opportunities for individuals who wish to pursue their passion in the creative field.

Aligned with the directives of Secretary Kiko Benitez to strengthen and empower the creative sector through quality skills training, TESDA continues to recognize the important role of arts and culture in community development and nation-building. Through programs like this, more opportunities are opened for creative individuals to enhance their skills, showcase their talents, and build sustainable careers in the performing arts industry.
