On April 25, 2023 at about 01:34 PM, PSSg Ritchie B Labiano under the direct supervision of PLTCOL LORNOEL BINATLAO OCHATE, Chief, Traffic Enforcement Unit adopted an indigent family in relation to relation to PNP’s call on” Adopt A Family Program and Kapwa Ko, Sagot Ko” by providing them grocery items that would sustain their needs for a couple of week in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic at Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City.
