Lourdes College Learning Commons, in proud partnership with the Society of Library and Information Specialists (SLIS), officially launched the 91st National Book Week this November! 💙💛🩷

The program opened with heartfelt remarks from Mrs. Annabelle P. Acedera, Learning Commons Coordinator, setting a thoughtful tone for the day. This was followed by an inspiring message from Dr. Kriscentti Exzur P. Barcelona, Vice President for Academic Affairs, whose words resonated deeply with the theme:

This year’s celebration emphasized the transformative power of reading—connecting minds, nurturing dreams, and lighting the way toward a brighter future.
