𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐰𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our Licean alumni from the 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏. 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳.

Engr. Fernandez passed the Electronics Engineering Board Examination in April 2024 while courageously fighting her medical condition. Despite the challenges she faced, her condition never hindered her determination to fulfill her dream of becoming an Electronics Engineer. Her strength, perseverance, and unwavering faith will always be remembered and admired.

Our prayers and sincerest condolences are with her family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time. May her legacy and the inspiration she leaves behind continue to live on in our hearts.
