Today, April 22, is International Earth Day!
In support of this year's theme, Planet vs Plastics, the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the Provincial Natural Resources and Environment Office and the Special Projects Unit used a do-it-yourself, eco-friendly "poster" to promote today's environmental celebration and to disseminate information on plastic decomposition time.
PNRE Officer, For. Estrella A. Pasion, said their office will sustain to use eco-friendly replacements for plastic items such as tarpaulin signages.
