Mechanics:

1. This competition is free of charge and only students currently enrolled under the Computer Studies Program are allowed to join.

2. Submission of artworks must not be later than March 15, 2021, 11:59 PM. Submissions on March 15, 2021, will no longer be part of the competition but will still have their entries posted on the FSUU CSP SSG Page. Entrants must also upload it via Google forms (https://forms.gle/Cy46eyYmbLR1NEnJ7).

3. Submitted photo must be 8.5 x 11 inches long, with a DPI/PPI of at least 300, it must be submitted as a .PNG file and it must be portrait. The submission must also include the .psd file and the layers must not be flattened. The officers will not be held responsible should the photo be pixelated. Entrants must see to it that their works are not pixelated and that it has followed the correct format.

4. Entrant is not limited to one submission for the exhibit; however, the entrant can only submit ONE entry for the competition.

5. We highly discourage Plagiarism, any entrant(s) caught in committing such acts shall be disqualified and will not be allowed to compete in future events and will be reprimanded by the Faculty and the Dean. We also highly discourage any content that is immoral and does not abide the code of conduct for the institution (e.g. Cross-Dressing, Nudity, Sexual Harassment, and other forms of abuse, etc.).

6. The criteria is as follows:

𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 (The use of techniques is evident and has led to an outstanding artwork) - 20%

𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬(The method of creating the artwork is unique and has an entirely new and fresh uptake on Vector Art) - 20%

𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲/𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (The artwork clearly matches the photo provided by the SSG ) - 30%

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲(The photo is developed clearly, cleanly and correctly and/or is not pixelated when submitted) - 30%

𝐓𝐎𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝟏𝟎𝟎%

7. The decision of the judge(s) is/are final and irrevocable.

As we celebrate the 27th CSP Days, we are encouraging the literate people of the Computer Studies Program to join this year's Spoken Poetry event! The entries will be reviewed by the moderators in order to ensure that no unwanted content will be included.

All entries will be showcased during the CSP Radio on March 21, 2021!
