📑 ATTENTION ALL ARCHITECTURE STUDENTS
Please be guided by the schedule and requirements for the signing of your ASA Organization Clearance for the second semester:

📅 SCHEDULE & TIMELINE
Inclusive Dates: May 21 to May 29, 2026

Days: Weekdays only (Monday to Friday)

Time Slot: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

💳 REQUIREMENT FOR CLEARING
Before getting your clearance signed, please ensure you have settled your outstanding organizational fees:

Amount due: ₱108.00

Coverage: Weekly dues from January to April 2026

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
No Payment, No Sign: Please prepare the exact amount of ₱108.00 to ensure a fast and smooth transaction.

Strict Timeframe: Officers will only cater to clearance signing strictly between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Please do not message or approach officers outside of these dedicated hours.

No Last-Minute Rushes: The deadline is Friday, May 29. Please settle your dues and get cleared early to avoid long lines and complications with your institutional clearance.

📍 Note: Please head to the designated ASA station/table during the specified hours. Bring your clearance forms and your own pen!
