SDRRMC | 1st Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 🏫🚨

On March 12, 2026, the ANHS - SDRRMC successfully conducted the 1st Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), together with the ANHS-BSP and the ANHS-SRCY who helped in leading the way!

The activity aimed to strengthen earthquake preparedness and remind everyone of the importance of the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure during emergencies. Through this drill, students, teachers, and staff practiced the proper safety measures to ensure everyone knows what to do when an earthquake occurs.

We would like to thank our TEAM LEADERS and INCIDENT COMMANDER who greatly helped us in evaluating and guiding us throughout the drill, their guidance significantly supported our performance during the drill.

🚸 SDRRMC Participation in the School Road Safety Program 🚸

The School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (SDRRMC) is honored to have been invited and to attend the Launching of the School Road Safety Program Implementation Contest held on March 9, 2026 at Balanghai Hotel – Golden Tara Hall.

This event aims to promote road safety awareness among students and encourage schools to actively participate in creating safer roads and communities.

Through this program, students are empowered to understand the importance of responsible road use and accident prevention.

We extend our gratitude to the City Traffic and Transport Management Department (CTTMD) and the organizers for inviting our council to be part of this meaningful initiative.

Together, let us continue to promote discipline, awareness, and safety on our roads for everyone. 🚦

The School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (SDRRMC) actively facilitated safety monitoring and crowd control during the Ms. Pearl Event as part of the High School Days celebration at Agusan National High School – Batalya on March 6, 2026.

Our responders were deployed to help manage the crowd, maintain order, and stay on standby to provide immediate assistance if needed. Through teamwork and preparedness, the SDRRMC helped ensure that the event was safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyon.

We remain committed to serving the school community by promoting discipline, safety, and disaster preparedness in every school activity. ⛑️
