๐ A Symposium on โWhy Reading Mattersโ โจ
Grade 7 students gathered at the AVR, Morelos Campus, for a symposium on โWhy Reading Mattersโ as part of the 91st National Book Week Celebration.
The program opened with inspiring remarks from Ms. Andie Angelika Beltran, Assistant Principal, who encouraged students to build a strong reading culture and emphasized that reading should not be seen merely as a requirement, but embraced as a daily habit.
Our principal, Mrs. Donna F. Espuerta, MAELT, who also served as our resource speaker, shared the many benefits of reading, including broadening knowledge, enriching vocabulary, and fostering empathy and understanding toward others.
The event ended with heartfelt thanks to our speaker, school administrators, and all Grade 7 students for making the symposium both engaging and inspiring! ๐๐
