On August 22, 2025, from 8:40 PM to 9:55 PM, an Operational Assessment Meeting was conducted at the SJIT–CEA Audio Visual Room to review the goals, plans, and budget for the upcoming Foundation Anniversary activities, as well as matters concerning college operations.

• Activities for Foundation Day and Assigning of Stakeholders and Committees
• 3rd and Final Draft for the per Student College Fee
• Reconciliation on Transactions and Management
