Not every thought deserves your agreement. You become what you agree with, so be careful.

What you allow in your mind will eventually shape your mood, your decisions, and even your direction for the day. Ever notice how one negative thought can shift everything? It can slowly build a mindset that steals your peace, focus, and freedom. That’s how powerful influence is.

But not every thought is yours to keep. Some thoughts are meant to be rejected. God never called us to believe every voice in our head, but to recognize His voice above all.

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” — John 10:27
“We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 10:5

So don’t just agree with every thought that comes. Discern. Submit your mind to God. Take every thought captive. And choose the voice of truth over everything else
