Squalla lumpur man tawagin ng iba, Ang bahay namin na kung saan, naging saksi sa lahat ng sakit ng damdamin namin. At tanging si h20 ang sumalo at umaruga sa aming mga damdaming basag na basag. I really appreciate h20 and our family who supported us during those season. Salamat fam! Super B kayo.

isa sa mga hindi mo nga inaakala na pwede palang mangyari sa isang stay at home mom na tulad ko ano po.

Since the words are no longer my basis to get kilig and get impressed by myself, it doesn't mean wala lang ito sa akin.

Patawa tawa ako, pero ang totoo, "Lord, What did I do to deserve all of these blessings and acknowledgment?'

I slowly, trying to comprehend it, and dinadama kong lahat.

What makes me good and deserving to have these and that?

You know, hindi sa wala akong bilib sa sarili ko,
But I do know, Hindi ko to mararating kung hindi dahil sa Lord.

He had entrusted me with a hard task.
Some of these are making decisions for the future of being me as a 'MANAGER' kuno.

Do you know how hard it is to make a decision?
this means you have to choose.
Either way, it is getting hurt both myself, and those people I will manage.

Esp, when parting days will come.

I do know, walang temporary.. but I also believe,
Sustainability can be honed through the learning process, adaptation, willingness to be trained, and learning to unlearn things.

And me as a trainee 'manager' welcome to the world na kung saan, tumataas ang ranking pero hindi ang sahod. FOR NOW. :D

no salary increase?? Weh? di nga?

Here's my reason why,
I know myself, I KNOW MY LIMITATIONS AND WEAKNESSES, I know how I value my work, and having this dignity as a FILIPINO freelancer, I take pride.

See? When you acknowledge your weaknesses, it will be your strength!

I am someone who does the things I love to do, at bonus na sakin may pang candy ako as a hobbyist.

Bayad parin ako, fair and square, at least for me, and better than the rate ng PH of course.

This is part of my sustainability plan for my freelancing journey.
It's a 2-way process.

I will get trained and paid, And I will do my best to aid my client's needs.
