Please do not be offended if interviews and queue may take longer than the usual. Please do not insist on directly coming inside the hospital facility. Please be aware that you need to pass thru triaging area and fill up declaration forms. BE HONEST regarding your TRAVEL HISTORY and your EXPOSURE (clients, co-workers, community activities, etc) as well as the SYMPTOMS that you have, EXPECT that you will be transferred to another area for further interview and examination. Keep distance to other patients around the hospital and clinic. Make sure to wear mask and sanitize your hands. DO NOT TOUCH AREAS prone to contamination.

Some areas may not be comfortable and convenient for your access, but please try to understand.

For we all should know, our guards, our information staff, nursing staff and ancillary personnel are AT RISK 24/7——they have families too. Your sought-after kind doctor does not have any protective equipment due to hoarding, so it may take a while for you to enter the clinic as she or he frequently wash his/her hands.
