Price Adjustment & Perpetual Care Collection Notice.

To our valued clients and families,

We would like to inform everyone that effective November 15, 2025, there will be a price increase on the following:

🕊️ Memorial Lots
🕊️ Mausoleum Units
🕊️ Columbarium
🕊️ Niches

This adjustment is necessary to help us continue improving our services, site maintenance, security, and overall facilities for all our clients.

In addition, starting January 1, 2026, we will also begin collecting Perpetual Care Fees for:

✔️ All new transactions or reservations
✔️ All used memorial lots, mausoleum units, or columbarium niches that are not yet fully paid

These fees ensure continuous upkeep, cleanliness, and preservation of the entire memorial grounds for many years to come.
