It's okay to go slow. Qigong and tai chi are usually done at a slow pace but with intention and focus.

Go slow to move and cultivate energy.
Go slow to calm the mind.
Go slow to balance the nervous system.

If qigong or tai chi is an art you've always wanted to learn, I can help you.

I teach qigong online at 9am every Saturday (Ph time) starting 4 July. These classes are recorded so can be accessed at any time to repeat the class or follow any other class uploaded in the private group.

Also starting on 4 July.
Face to face qigong at 9am.
Face to face tai chi (Yang style) at 10am.

The venue for face to face classes is in Brgy Mansasa, close to Tagbilaran City Science High School on M Parras Ext.

For class fees and any other enquiries, please drop us a message. Or you can text me directly on 0962 083 0746.

In these times of increasing speed and anxiety, people might find that turning to the quiet power of the ancient art of qigong is the antidote to the stress and disorder of our modern life.

Qi (pronounced chi) = energy

Gong (kung) = exercise

Qigong = energy exercises

This type of exercise is different because it generates energy instead of just using up energy.
