𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐏 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐞 𝐋𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞

Bislig City — Student leaders from Southern Technological Institute of the Philippines Inc. (STIP), accompanied by their adviser Mr. Vernie Culla, participated in a citywide one-day leadership training held today at De La Salle John Bosco College. The event brought together youth leaders from various public and private schools across Bislig City.

The program, themed “Panag-Usbong sa Misyon: A Student Leadership Training,” served as a citywide outreach and mission initiative aimed at empowering student leaders to become mission-driven agents of positive change. Anchored in the core values of integrity, compassion, and responsibility, the event provided participants with sessions focused on character formation, leadership development, and community engagement.

Throughout the day, student leaders engaged in workshops, team activities, and discussions facilitated by experienced mentors and youth advocates. These activities were designed to strengthen leadership skills, deepen their sense of purpose, and inspire them to lead with empathy and accountability within their respective schools and communities.

STIP’s participation highlighted the institution’s commitment to nurturing future leaders who are grounded in service and driven by their mission to contribute to societal progress. School representatives expressed pride in their student leaders for embracing opportunities that enhance their personal growth and leadership potential.

The leadership program concluded with a call for continued collaboration among schools in Bislig City to uphold youth empowerment and promote initiatives that cultivate responsible, compassionate, and transformative leaders.
