Position Details
Position: CSR – Virtual Assistant (WFH)
Setup: Work-from-Home
Employment Type: Outsourced position
Equipment: No equipment provided; applicants must have a complete personal work-from-home setup

Training: No paid training
Training Details
Classroom Training: 1–2 weeks
On-the-Job Training (OJT): 4–8 weeks
Starting Rate After Training: $3 per hour
Performance-Based Increase: Every 3 months

Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following:
At least 2 years of BPO/CSR experience
Previous work-from-home experience
A conducive and private home office (no background noise; secure environment as the role involves payment-related tasks)
Noise-cancelling headset
Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
Ability to work U.S. business hours (night shift)
Willingness to work weekends and shifting schedules
