Basic Documentary Requirements for Employees:

1. NSO-Issued Birth Certificate
2. NSO-Issued Birth Certificates of Dependents (children and senior citizen parents)
3. NSO-Issued Marriage Certificate for married people only.

4. NBI Clearance - should not be expired

5. Barangay Clearance - go to your respective barangays
6. Police Clearance - go to your municipal police stations
7. Fit to Work Clearance - go to your municipal health office
8. Drug Test - Negative Results - available DrugCheck or any clinic that offers laboratory exams
9. Certificate of Employment ( if any )
10. Any Diplomas received - College, HS Diplomas, certificates of any training undertaken, etc.

1. Ride any jeepney or UV Express going to Binangonan. Make sure that the end terminal is in Binangonan, okay?

2. Pay the fare and tell the driver that you will alight at A. Mabini Street.

3. You'll know A. Mabini Street because you'll see Kubol sa Libis, a town monument used for prayers.

4. Follow the street to the left, there's a sign of A. Mabini Street.

5. Our main office is located at the corner of A. Mabini and Valencia Streets!
