1. Promote community-based cultivation of the 10 DOH-approved medicinal plants and other safe herbal species.
2. Conduct training programs on traditional and alternative medicine, from planting to product development.
3. Establish herbal product processing centers that meet safety and quality standards.
4. Develop marketing strategies to support local herbal producers and expand market reach.
5. Encourage the replacement of synthetic medicines with effective, evidence-based natural remedies.
6. Preserve and pass on traditional healing knowledge to future generations.
7. Collaborate with government, NGOs, and health advocates to strengthen RA 8423 implementation.
8. Ensure sustainable and eco-friendly practices in all stages—from planting to product distribution.

To uphold Republic Act 8423 by educating and empowering communities to cultivate medicinal plants, enhance skills through training, produce quality herbal products, promote local marketing, and establish sustainable processing systems—ensuring that natural medicine becomes a trusted alternative to synthetic drugs.
