* 2-3 years working experience
* Draw in CAD all working disciplines of technical drawings, such as Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing.
* Can work with minimal supervision

Project assistant (1)
* 1-2 years working experience in construction related roles.
* Strong organizational and filing skills.
* Can work with minimal supervision

Cabinet maker (1)
* Minimum 4 year experience in cabinet making or carpentry.
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Good physical condition

Construction laborer (8)
* Previous experience in construction is an advantage but not necessary.
* Physically strong and able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
